Agentic AI describes AI systems that independently plan, execute, and monitor multi step tasks without requiring human input at every step. Unlike traditional chatbots or copilots, AI agents act proactively, coordinate with other systems, and make limited decisions on their own.
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent acts. It plans, executes sub tasks, calls external tools and systems, and adapts its approach based on new information, all within a defined goal. This is the difference between a tool that waits and an agent that delivers.
Agentic AI is particularly suited for processes that involve multiple steps, require access to different data sources or systems, and currently depend on significant manual coordination. Typical examples include customer service automation, onboarding processes, reporting and analytics, procurement, and industry specific workflows in energy, financial services, and mobility.
A first productive agent can go live within 4 to 12 weeks, provided there is a clear use case and an existing data foundation. More complex multi agent systems with deep system integration require more time. We recommend starting small, learning quickly, and scaling iteratively.
Security is a core design principle, not an afterthought. We establish guardrails, define clear boundaries for actions, and implement human in the loop mechanisms where needed. In addition, monitoring, logging, and observability ensure full transparency into what your agents are doing and why.
You do not need a perfect data foundation or a fully developed AI strategy. What matters is a specific process with a clear pain point, openness to iteration, and the right partner. We typically start with a short discovery workshop to identify use cases and define a realistic first step.
AI agents are integrated into existing systems via APIs, event streams, and connectors, including ERP, CRM, databases, and cloud services. We work system agnostic and adapt the integration strategy to your existing architecture rather than replacing it.
We do not just advise, we build. Our teams combine deep industry expertise in energy, financial services, mobility, insurance, and more with strong engineering capabilities. This means no proof of concept without a production roadmap and no architecture slides without implementation responsibility. For us, agentic AI is not a trend topic but a core part of our AI practice.
Our focus areas include energy, financial services, mobility, insurance, and consumer goods and retail. In these domains, we bring not only AI expertise but also deep understanding of processes, regulations, and system landscapes based on years of project experience.
