The Challenge

Exxeta faces the challenge of making the use of AI technologies more efficient and accessible. It lacks a platform that seamlessly integrates both internal and external AI models to provide employees with easy access while maintaining control over resources and costs.

The Solution

Exxeta is developing an internal AI platform that revolutionizes access to AI models. By providing API endpoints, employees can access the models quickly and easily. The platform enables the creation of custom authentication tokens: an integrated authentication system that provides easy management of access rights. It also provides comprehensive documentation. This greatly simplifies the process and encourages the creative use of AI, as employees can experiment without additional costs or bureaucratic hurdles.

The platform forms the basis for numerous applications. In addition to an internal chatbot that can access company data and answer questions about company processes, numerous other AI tools are available to employees. These include an external chatbot, similar to ChatGPT, which can access different models and retains control over the use and transfer of data within the company.

The teams can also access various prompt training courses. A prompt - i.e. the prompt for GPTs - is the basis for working with Generative AI. This allows employees to learn how to use the technology in a fun way.

The Approach

The project is the result of a private initiative by the Exxeta team. Employees are always given the time to devote themselves to their own passion project.

Following the successful pilot project for an internal chatbot, the platform is gradually being expanded. A step-by-step development process with continuous employee feedback leads to constant expansion and a flexible solution. The clear overview of usage and costs strengthens acceptance and increases the strategic importance of AI in the company.
