Our Impact

  • Flexible vehicle settings on the desktop or in the app

  • Seamless integration

  • Easily manageable

The Challenge

Mobility is changing. State-of-the-art technologies ensure personalized services and absolute customer centricity. Daimler recognized this early on and launched Mercedes me in 2014. The online service platform forms the interface between end customers and every Mercedes model - and thus offers a whole range of possibilities.

We want to create an application for the Mercedes me Portal that can be integrated. The goal is to enable users to configure vehicle settings flexibly on the desktop or in the app and to synchronize some of them with the vehicle.

The Solution

We rely on an agile approach and close coordination with the company. The development of a Miroservices architecture and the responsive client application ensure absolute flexibility. Very important: the interaction with back-end existing services. In this way, we create an application for Mercedes Me that is capable of integration and offers many advantages for its customers. Time and date, displays and styles, favorites and the Energizing Comfort Control can now be conveniently managed via app or desktop.
