The Challenge

E-bikes are booming - not only for private use, but also for commuters. They have firmly established themselves as a genuine alternative to company cars. The medium-sized leasing provider KazenMaier has also recognized this. The problem: Outdated analog processes, paperwork and long waiting times. This creates unnecessary costs and takes far too long. It also doesn't fit in with the product's modern, sustainable, and digital image.

Together with KazenMaier, we wanted to create a digital solution that makes the bike leasing service as easy as online shopping. Paperless and fast - while maintaining all the security features and the highest level of data protection.  

The Solution

A digital process that cuts out long waiting times and approval processes. We decoupled the time-critical transaction of approval processes, thereby creating a unique selling proposition and competitive advantage for KazenMaier.

The special challenge

The platform and the associated leasing process combine four different target groups and customer journeys. These are companies as lessees, bicycle dealers, bicycle users, and KazenMaier-Fleet service as lessors. Each target group has very different requirements.   

The digital solution puts customers at the center. The easy-to-use user interface creates a customized user experience - 100 percent customer-centric. The result: The original paper-based process, which took several days, is shortened to just a few minutes. A complete digital process resulting in fast routes to leasing and maximum flexibility.
