SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)

Are you an RTE, Scrum Master, Product or Product Line Manager, Product Owner, Program or Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, PMO, or Process Lead? Or do you work as a Corporate, System, or Solution Architect?

Then this training is just right for you.

You have little experience in the field? No problem. You are still very welcome.

Anyone planning to take an exam should have at least five years of experience in the areas of software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management. Experience in Scrum is also advantageous.

During this two-day training, you will gain an understanding of how to effectively perform your role as a PM or PO in an Agile Release Train (ART) to create customer-centric value. You will get an overview of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), its values and principles, and develop an awareness of how the roles of Product Managers and Product Owners in the organization tangibly drive value creation. You will develop the necessary competencies to shape the so-called Value Stream in a scaled agile environment as a SAFe® 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager. To achieve this, you will learn how to handle Epics, Features, and Stories, how to describe them, refine them, and plan their implementation.
