Who you are

You are already a Scrum Master and want to understand this role in the SAFe context? You want to become a new Scrum Master? Or do you want to better understand the role of the Scrum Master as a Team Lead? Then this is the right course for you. If you are a SAFe Release Train Engineer who wants to train Scrum Masters, this is also the right course for you.

What you need

No special previous knowledge is necessary. But we recommend that you are already familiar with agile concepts and principles. Initial knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming is also advantageous. As well as experience with software and hardware development processes.

In this 2-day SAFe training you will learn to take on the role of the SAFe Scrum Master in the Lean-Agile enterprise, to build and lead agile teams, and to generate maximum business value using SAFe practices and methods.

Compared to other Scrum Master trainings, this course focuses on the role of the Scrum Master beyond the team in the Lean-Agile enterprise and prepares him to successfully plan and execute Program Increments (PI) with his team in the Agile Release Train.
