Who you are

This training is aimed at a wide range of profiles.

You are an executive, manager or entrepreneur, enterprise architect, change agent, program or project manager, product or solution manager, consultant or SAFe expert and want to put your company on the right track with the Lean Portfolio Management approach.

Also if you are an employee in the Program Office, in Human Resources or in Development, QA or Infrastructure you are welcome to join our training.

What you need

Everyone is welcome, but we recommend the following prior knowledge:

- Familiarity with agile concepts and principles.
- Basic understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework®
- Basic understanding of strategy
- Basic understanding of financing methods

To get the most out of the course, we recommend:
- An internet connection with working video and audio
- A good understanding of written and spoken English (workbook and SAFe website only available in English)
